Lion Construction was contracted for a major renovation project at Johnson City's historic Oakdale Mall. This extensive undertaking included over 160,000 sqft of interior demolition. Lion's meticulous coordination was on full display as we utilized two cranes to execute a challenging operation—lifting one crane inside the building to dismantle 20,000 sqft of concrete, decking, and structural elements. This critical phase not only demonstrated our technical capabilities but also marked a significant step in transforming the mall into a modern retail and entertainment hub.
