Overview

Lion Construction teamed with Paulus Development and LeChase Construction to complete the Demolition and Environmental remediation work at the former EJ Victory building in Johnson City, NY. Lion systematically navigated its way through the 6 story concrete super structure removing asbestos and lead hazards floor by floor prior to the complete window removal and interior gut of the building. After all interior work was completed Lion finished its scope by demolishing the remaining out buildings and leaving only a shell of the concrete structure behind to be redeveloped by the owner
